About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Academy Administrator to support the launch and day-to-day operations of a new Cybersecurity Training Academy. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing academy processes, supporting instructors and students, and helping build an exceptional learning environment from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the academy.
•Manage course schedules, classrooms, instructor calendars, and training resources.
•Support the onboarding and registration of new students.
•Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, assessments, and certification documentation.
•Prepare course materials, joining instructions, and learning resources.
•Liaise with instructors to ensure all courses are fully organised before delivery.
•Coordinate examination bookings and certification processes where applicable.
•Respond to student enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
•Produce reports on attendance, course completion, student feedback, and academy performance.
•Maintain academy databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
•Support the planning and delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and special events.
•Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for instructors or visiting delegates when required.
•Ensure academy documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal policies.
•Assist with procurement of training materials, equipment, and classroom resources.
•Support continuous improvement initiatives across academy operations.
Essential Requirements
•Previous experience in an administrative or academy/training coordination role.
•Excellent organisational and time management skills.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•Experience maintaining databases and administrative systems.
•Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
•Fluent English.
