Offensive Security (Red Team & CTF) Instructor

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Red Team, CTF & Reverse Engineering Instructor to join an elite cyber academy. This is a unique opportunity to train the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. In this role, you will lead hands-on Offensive Security, Red Team & CTF training, develop reverse engineering content, and guide students through the skills needed to tackle real-world binary exploitation and malware analysis challenges.

In this position, you will:

  • Join a team of instructors, responsible for our cybersecurity programs.

  • Conduct frontal teaching of information security and cyber courses.

  • Use Innovative technologies.

  • Develop and teach advanced labs.

  • Development of pedagogic materials and labs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality Offensive Security, Red Team and CTF training modules across categories such as reverse engineering, binary exploitation, forensics, and cryptography.

  • Develop and maintain a curriculum focused on reverse engineering tools, static/dynamic analysis, and exploit development.

  • Instruct students in using disassemblers, debuggers, and emulators

  • Lead and organise CTF events, simulated challenges, and competitive environments to reinforce training objectives.

  • Encourage logical thinking and creativity in problem-solving through practical, challenge-based learning.

  • Collaborate on the creation of custom CTF platforms and lab environments

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring, supporting student growth and preparation for technical interviews and security competitions.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Offensive Security, Red Teaming, reverse engineering concepts and tools

  • Practical experience with binary exploitation in Linux and Windows environments.

  • Ability to create realistic, varied CTF challenges with increasing levels of difficulty.

  • Familiarity with CTF platforms

  • Strong command of secure coding concepts and vulnerability analysis.
